Mod 8 - Meg Gross - Progress Report

 This week was bitter sweet.  I only worked until Wednesday as it was my last day with my current company.  I will be starting with a new company as an IT Agile Project Manager on 05/31.

I opted to begin looking for a new position as my current position allowed no room for growth, pay increase or much of a work life balance.  I was finding it hard to accomplish anything other than working.  I am very excited about the next steps for my future.

I spend the time I was working this week setting my fellow project manager who will be taking over my position feel that they were in a place of success.  It's never easy to jump in to somonelses shoes and take of their project so I wanted to make sure there was little to no waves as I stepped out of my role and handed it over to them.

My next post next week will be about the on-boarding process with my new company.
