What is your professional networking strategy?

This is a hard topic to discuss as I have worked at home for over 10 years.  I think for me the best way that I am able to network is on LinkedIn.  I have grown a network over the past 10 years with the different positions that I have held and companies that I have worked for.  

However, this has seemed to work really well for me over the years.  When I have found myself needing or wanting to look for a new job or career move I've been able to reach out to my network and find opportunities that might not have been available for me.

Also, I have found that the network I built on LinkedIn is great to go to work career advise and etc.
