Hours Worked This Week: 40
Total Hours Worked This Quarter: 100

Project Cotton Candy: Closing out a project for an Outbound Dialer program - still have 4 weeks of efforts remaining
Expected Progress This Week vs. Actual Progress:
Project Packing Boxes:
This week was a slow week for our team after the over night activities that we have had. Daily touchpoint meetings to review the project plan and progression. We also had some production VPNs that needed to be moved after hours and were done so successfully. Over the next few weeks we will be focusing on getting equipment and circuits delivered to the data center from our clients and the we need to begin the migration by client efforts.
Project Everest:
This wee we focused on meeting with our Talent Acquisition team to create a hiring plan for the 13 trainers that we need to hire to train all of the new agents coming on board. I have also been working to coordinate the multiple breakout calls that we need to do with our client to tighten up areas of opportunity from last year.
Project Cotton Candy:
This project should be named "Project Dumpster Fire" because nothing seems to be going right. There was a meeting with the leadership from the two companies and since we are in a test phase with this project it was brought to our attention that we grossly under performing compared to the other company. I have involved my direct leadership to assist with making action plans to get the departments on track and improve our performance.
Issues That Arose:
Project Moving Boxes: No issues arose this week
Project Everest: No issues arose this week
Project Cotton Candy: No issues arose this week
Expected Progress for Next Week:
Project Moving Boxes: Continue to work with our customers to make strides towards efforts to migrate them to our new network.
Project Everest: Continue with breakout sessions both internally and with our clients. Finalize scheduling for the season and begin the deep dive in to the project plan and hiring plans.
Project Cotton Candy: Work to improve performance through outlined action plans.
